I've recently been to Milan to see an exhibition dedicated to Steve McCurry called "Steve McCurry 1980-2008: Sud-Est".
I didn't know who he was, nor did I know his photos, with the exception of the (famous) geen-eye girl used as the logo of the gallery itself. I heard a lot of positive comments about it so, in a boring-gray-sunday, I decided to go and see it..
The exhibition consists of a collection of 240 photo of his best shots, grouped by theme: from "others" to "childhood", from "war" to "silence". The last section, that consists of only 3 photos, is dedicated to "beauty" where the famous photo of Sharbat Gula, the green-eyed Pakistani
